Joe McCue, owner of NHOpEx, LLC, is a Lean Black Belt who consults for organizations seeking operational excellence across all domains.

In addition to his advising and training offerings, he also currently serves as the Lean Coordinator for the New Hampshire Department of Transportation and has served as the past Chair of the NH Lean Executive Committee for three years.
