I will help guide you as you lead your organization on the journey of a Lean transformation.

I don’t solve your problems for you; I teach all of your employees to solve their own problems in ways aligned to your strategic objectives. This frees your leadership team from dealing with day to day issues and allows them to focus on the bigger the problems and opportunities facing your organization.

Tomorrow, your organization will be either better, the same, or worse than today. The choice is yours.

Traditional Training.

Lean is generally modeled after the martial arts system of belts to indicate proficiency. They include:

White Belt – indicates a general understanding and awareness of Lean principles, concepts, and tools
Yellow Belt – indicates a proficiency with several of the most common Lean tools as well as understanding the situations in which they would be used
Green Belt – indicates the ability to facilitate process improvements
Black Belt – ability to facilitate system-level improvements across an organization or enterprise
